PEAK Week 2025: Mastering the Terrain Together

Last week, our community of independent agencies and growth-focused brands came together in Denver for PEAK Week 2025 - our flagship client summit. It was an energizing two days of conversation, strategy, and connection, and we’re so grateful to our clients and partners who traveled to be with us.

This year’s theme, Master the Terrain, reflected what it takes to succeed in today’s dynamic advertising landscape: adaptability, precision, and the courage to carve your own line.

Key Moments from the Summit

Day 1: Finding your line
We kicked things off with our co-founders unveiling Mogl and the mindset behind our rebrand. From there, conversations got real in Programmatic POV, where leaders from Circulus Media and Situation dug into what’s working (and what needs rethinking) in today’s models and measurement.

Retail then took center stage with Retail Reality Check, featuring Walmart Connect, Paradox, and The Food Group on how brands are adapting to shifting consumer expectations and the rise of retail media. The afternoon brought a dose of competition with the Help or Hype Challenge, sparking lively debates on AI, attention metrics, and more. We closed Day 1 with a relaxed evening hosted by The Trade Desk - complete with tacos, trivia, and plenty of connection.

Day 2: Carving what’s next
Day 2 opened on an inspirational note with mountaineer Dr. Jon Kedrowski, who drew lessons on leadership and resilience from the world’s tallest peaks. The Trade Desk then led two standout sessions: Matt Fogarty on the evolving value of the open internet and Jeff Daniel on the future of retail media and how data can be turned into hits.

Attendees also explored the rise of AI in The Agentic Advantage with L.M. Lepley of SCA Systems, learned how to scale while staying authentic in Standing Out Without Selling Out with Mason Interactive, Mediate.ly, and Grain Group, and saw first-hand how Epicosity is turning integrations into action during Data in Action. We ended Day 2 with a rooftop send-off and one last breath of mountain air.
